This might be a dumb idea, but bassis might need a break. So how about handing technia down to alotena?

I don't think you can do that. Muzikbots and Partners are usually inseparable. It's hard. Plus Muzikbots only searches for Partners with the same knowledge as them (aka their partner knows and understands the same music genre as them). It would be impossible to give Technia to Altoena while Altoena only knows Chiptune songs, because it doesn't match. Plus, Altoena already have Chippy, so I don't think it would work. I cannot imagine Altoena handling two local fellas at once, it would be tiring too.
