Sure! Gotta warn you though- humans kinda can't help having emotions. Being open means both listening and speaking. Also, repressing emotions for long periods of time tends to make people less open and caring, not more. Careful what you wish for.

I was trying to telling people they could be emotional but also logical and to not give into hate which so many do now.
That not everyone who disagrees with you is an enemy but just a different perspective. That all perspectives need to work together to create harmony.Β
I wouldnβt tell people to repress anything as that would be like holding in a fart. Just we Humans need to be more civilized and talk rather than fight.
We have children who are growing up in this time watching us adults fight each other all the time and use violence to get our way which isnβt right for children to learn from.
We for the sake of our children need to stop threatening each other or physically hurting each other and instead use words along with logic that can have emotion as long as it doesnβt get the better of us.
