No, mostly because not only I don't do that anymore but also, I don't like writting like that myself.
Also, back arround when I was still doing New Earth, I made little files adding extra details and all, and those didn't do as well as I thought they'd do.

If I had to do, right now I'd probably try and do the same I did back then.
Superfluous characters get amalgamed, so like, your Roy Harpers become your Hawwkeyes, your Quicksilvers become part of the Flash family, your Scarlet Witchs are actually Zatanna. Just simplify as much as possible the universe.
Divide certain characters through some eras like say, JSA during the 60s, JL during the 90s probaly, Avengers are current.
Have fun, otherwise, what's the point?
Basically the universe itself would work like each of their universes already work like, difference being that there's an extra amount of supers and events happened differently.

What makes them different is, metas are enhanced humans, ie mutates. Mutants are born. Inhumans are beings who are exposed to the Terrigen mists, and Eternals, well never thought of it because truth be told, they are incredibly boring so if I had to, I'd just make most of them New Gods.
