That aside, forgive me if I've told you before, but I try to post regular development logs and screenshots on Twitter twitter.com/Oddwarg if you're interested in that. It's the most stress-free way for me to communicate what I'm doing.
I'll make a proper status update for the project after I'm done implementing the final boss, which is a huge goal right now. I should be there within a couple of weeks. (Just to be clear, I'm not producing things in sequential order so there's still a lot to do after that)

Perhaps I could be disqualified with the label "passive observer" though still I generate a physic affect here.
I liked it that your game achieved it's kickstarter goal, and in my opinion (from visiting your website and looking/playing some of your earlier projects) I'd say that your kickstarter backers have backed a reputable dev.

Yeah it was kind of surprising to me how hard it is to garner any trust. I mean I have a large portfolio of relevant works that shows my development over the years, and I also had a lot of work already done on the project itself, but it doesn't seem like that's what people care about. Meanwhile, I see many well-funded projects where the creators don't have any progress or experience to show, often with great disappointments to follow. Regardless of my own problems, I do think the tendency towards poor credibility judgements is detrimental to the long-term success of crowdfunding industry as a whole. It's been many years now, and I fear if the crowd still hasn't learned then it never will. Perhaps the only sustainable solution is regulation - Kickstarter may need to punish creators who don't deliver.
As for me, I'm taking the responsibility very seriously and I mean to get back to work tomorrow.
