Because i blocked him because he was being a pest and noted multiple times as to why i didnt answer his comment,
I was asleep was the answer, then he left messages on my main page and id had enough so i blocked him, no i will not unblock him and if you insist on asking about it i will do the same to you.

hey Oki, tried to message you but sadly D.A plays up with me sometimes, really annoying.
Anyway i checked out ya latest status post bout your exercise and weight lost progress. I wanted to ask, are you taking a no carb diet? or drinking lemon juice of apple cider to help burn fat faster.Think your doing an awesome job ^^

Nope i didnt do a no carb diet, I did cut carbs but i never went to zero, it is very difficult for you to put on muscle mass if your carbs are low or even zero, it is very unlikely you will make progress in that regard.
If you are wanting to lose weight then low carbs is defo a good way to go but a better way to lose fat is to simply eat a respectful amount of carbs and also teem it with high protein and low fat intake. It means you also have enough energy to put on muscle mass.
For example over the past 10 weeks ive been on a lean bulk, meaning ive kept my carbs semi low and kept protein high, as im going on holiday i wanna be in good shape for the beach. it means im able to put on mass but at a slower rate, abouthalf the speed, on a normal bulk you can put on anywhere from .8-1.5 pounds of muscle mass a week, but you also put on fat typically, ive been putting on at about .5-.7 a week, so instead of having about 10 pounds of muscle mass, today i got scanned and put on 5 pounds of muscle mass, but ive kept my fat as low as it was 10 weeks prior.
You can burn fat faster by simply hitting the gym more rather than drinking lemon juice apple cider or coffee to speed up your metabolism. Doing HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is by far the best way to lose fat, better than any other method you will find followed up by weight lifting, yes weight lifting burns more fat than casual cardio. But you need to know how to push yourself to get that high fat burning. What makes them both different from cardio is HIIT and Weight lifting has after burn effects for multiple hours after training meaning your body is still reving up working hard in fat burning mode, when you do basic cardio it doesnt.
so if you wanna loose fat fat, do HIIT and weight lifting properly and safely, while teeming it with low carb, high protien dieting, and dont cut your calories too low as it can have negative effects on your training!
