No problem, I'm basically I'm very patriotic and I have a brother in the Army in Iraq right now. I have a lot of pride in this country. Plus I just like stories like that. It was a cool, but quick read.

I mainly wanted to right a faceless story, something which would define the deeds rather than any one person. At that time it was hard not to get swept up in all the heroic acts, so really it's a collage of people who inspired the story.

Hey, do you mind if I take your story to Debate class and possibly read it out loud? We had to bring in stuff about 9/11 and we ended up being able to wait another day. I think this story would be way better than the Nostradamus thing... XD

No prob. I live in Texas and I have ash from that volcano in a bag somewhere... My grandma bagged it after it after it went off and gave it to me. Though she may have it right now. Not sure. But there was a ton of ash if it blew down here... Maybe she lived somewhere else then but I know that she still would have lived far away from it... States away... Whatever. Somehow she ended up with a bag of ash and I know she didn't buy it.

No prob. Your pics are awesome! I like the dragons a lot and I used to own a bird just like the one in your pics. He died sadly and I got a Sun Conure but had to give that away about 5 months ago. I was real depressed for a while. Anyway, I love your art, especially those 2 types. Keep up the good work. ^_^
