In this account "Russia" is a "Harlequinn Marionette Doll",so he doesn't say much cus he's like a puppet he has free will but will have a hard time getting his free will cus he's a life size Marionette and the mean circus leader"Mistress Hurricane"won't let him do as he pleases that much but "Ivan" has a few circus friends that tell him mistress hurricane is gone for the day,and one of those friends that tells him that is his new friend called "Masked Magician, Harri", so that's the only time he has his free will that's why "Ivan and "Harri-Kun" play it safe when "Mistress Hurricane" is gone,though they both can sometimes unintentionally cause mischief around the other Pale Moon Circus workers and get scolded sometimes.
Another thing to keep in mind is that my Pale Moon Circus Russia can be a deadly assassin,it goes like this and i quote "my Russia Clown is From a country where magic and Mysteries Intertwine That Is,The [Dark Zone]"and i quote again..."Pale Moon Circus is a group that is glamorous circus troupe on the surface,and an organization of assassins on the "Underside". so that means my Russia can excel along with his troupe in manipulating his friends people and underlings through their souls",so he can be pretty scary if pushed enough to the brink where he wants to kill people.
[Also Pale Moon Circus Russia used to belong to Russia the country personification before he ended up in the country called "Dark Zone",Pale Moon Circus Russia used to be the puppet marionette toy of again country personification of Russia but lost him when Country Personification Russia had to move away.]
Note,that this russia account is a crossover between Card Fight vanguard and "MikuMikuDance"
