I tried to talk with jack last night he was acting cold he didnt kiss me he didnt say goodniight backto me liike usual i still havent heard from him i know he works late sometimes its better to not text ive done all i can do im scared hes mad my cell accidrntly dialed him twice last night in the middle of the night i sent him a fb message appologizing explaining what happened so he has seen im worried

I really think that he will, something as close as what you two have is not going to go away all of a sudden. I know it's hard, but try to keep faith, and when you have a chance, ask him if there's anything stressful going on and if he wants to talk.
A lot of people are caught up in the idea of men being stoic and not needing emotional comfort, but it's not true and the pressure can really get to them. Even if he doesn't say so, he'll need you there to be a comfort and support when everyone around him is expecting him to be strong.
Men are raised to hold their emotions in and never show weakness, but they need someone in their lives who can see that weakness and accept it, and offer unconditional love despite it. I've learned this, being married, and it's an amazing feeling to know you are that person for someone.
It's not easy, but it's a wonderful thing to be able to give someone. Good luck, my dear friend. I believe in you, and I know you can do it.

he said he regretted it as soon as i hung up wednesday night. he couldnt concentrate all day at work thursday and called me as soon as he got home he called his cousin and she told him to appologize you know when a guy likes you they dont shut up he talked alot thursday night anyways hes going on a trip with a guy friend from work this weekend to run a 10 mile race i hope he doesnt change his mind on me this weekend im supposed to drive to him next weekend my friends say he just relized that he cant be without me he wont i hope not he said hed text me and send me a photo sunday when he gets back i hope so

That makes sense to me, that he got scared but regretted it. If he's had bad relationships, it mught be scary to have this one going so well, because of the fear that it will fall apart. But if he truly cares about you, which I think he does, then all this will work out.
