OK. For Part 7:
Walter exits the hallway, but he wants to find his costume again.  He does find it, but he is told that in order to turn back into Rorschach, he must first learn how to be Walter again. To this effect,  he finds an area where he learns how to have fun.

And For Part 8:

Walter, feeling tired, finds a peaceful place to rest to for the night, where he finds some supplies that come in handy.

I'll post more summaries as we go along.
