Hey, Friend! I just wanted to recommend Sketchbook by Autodesk to you! This is an amazing art program that I have loved and adored for years (when I was using it on my sister's iPad), but it's now free! 
But I think I'll completely color my next deviation with the program to really get a feel for it. There's a steady tool that is great for tablet users and mouse users alike, but it will save your life if you're a mouse user like me!
