I finished my exams yesterday and I can finally get on with my web site which is also going to be my online resume / CV.

Would you mind if I asked you a question Scott?

I am a big fan of Trek, and I want to produce something similar to the Enterprise computer from the new movie for my background.

Can you give any tips on how to produce that in Illustrator / Photoshop?

Not too sure - though it is called the LCARS UI. [link] this Google image search for 'lcars interface' should help you along
