oh man... so many new art sites I haven't heard of. w @ I'm gonna sound all grandma, but back in the day I can only remember TheO, DA, Oekaki, and SheezyArt. I think the last 2 died though. xD;;;; What makes you wanna consider switching to a different site?

ahhhh i know! i'm hesitant to join new ones though cause you never know if they'll be good and keep growing //looks at nabyn B(((  Weasyl seems like it's good but idk i'm not too fond of the layout and message/notification system, it bugs me and idk why haha  i've peeked at wysp but i don't like their layout either... //lays on floor  i should probably give them a chance haha
i only ever knew of DA and TheO back in the day haha;; Since i only ever use FA i generally only post (and consequently draw) anthro/nekomimi stuff so i'm thinking if i have another gallery on a site that isn't so focused on the furry fandom that i'll get back into drawing my normal stuff lol;;

We don't live near each other though (a fact i cry about every day) we're practically on opposite sides of the country sobs but igi wanted to meet up at AX and amazingly enough my parents said okay and we flew out there for the con (*ﾉωﾉ)

I wonder if that's why most people are switching over to tumblr and leaving DA and such. Though I'm kinda intimidated since it's such a large system. "orz I think that's why I liked TheO so much back in the day since it was a smaller family and more easily to navigate through it all. Sadly it's kinda dead now. ; u ; 

WHOA! That's so awesome you got to fly out to LA for AX! Maybe you two can make this an annual thing and meet up every year! (And maybe even consider opening a table to sell your collabs! Ohgosh that'd be so cool!! 8D )

just a final and then turning in a project at the start of next semester. i'm not sure how this will affect my switching majors though! i'm a little concerned because i can't find out until the grades come in, which well is the start of the semester and since i'm still in the graphic design program i'll be in all the wrong classes lmao;; but hopefully everything will go okay and i can switch majors and all my classes and try to track down my books really quick agh;;
i got books! comic books, art books, just books. my entire list was books and i regret nothing. 8))))
now i have to reorganize my bookshelf but whatever

I'm switching from Graphic Design to Illustration. ; c; it was the plan from the start but they wound up changing their Design curriculum so i have to change now haha;;

LOL I'll need to reorganize my shelves too because I'm getting to the point where I have too many manga books xD I generally try to keep it alphabetical but..that never happens LOL. Usually just by collection(if I have more than one of a series or something haha). Have you started reading/looking through any of your books?

ahhh not yet not yet soon hopefully! i plan to take my make-up final tomorrow/this week and i'll see if i can talk to my administrator and see what will happen/i have to do!
* ^* hnghhhh books books are the greatest presents haha!
i like the style of the art for Sandman's and MiM's books, theirs are just short children's books but they're nice to have! I'm still on the first book(North's) of the Guardians series since i'm only reading a few chapters at a time, but it's neat so far! it's like 4th-5th grade level reading though, but it's still a nice book and some pictures are included every so often and again the style is neat!

i got mine in the set on amazon and it was about $30 and MiM and Sandman's books were about $13 each.

Haha I don't know! But Rise of the Guardians seems to be doing a little better in my area now because it has increased in showtimes from before, which is great! >.< <3 I want to watch it for a second time hahaha.
