Alright, just a preemptive thing here. I don't necessarily wanna be one of those people who contributes to filling up page after page on some Deviant's message board which all pretty much say, "Thanks for the Fav/Watch/some other way to support an artist I don't know about!" Now, I not saying it's bad (at all) to say thanks to someone for supporting you, but I know for a fact that if someone were to write something in my message board thing, I wouldn't want page after page of the same thing over and over again, since replying to the same thing would be hard to not make it sound generic and I'd just get sick of seeing the same thing said by so many. I'd like it to be about something more general, like a question, or something funny, or something that we can chat about. So, I thought here, on my profile which no one will read because time is precious for our up and go lives, I'll put my thanks here.

Your first question might be, "What's with the name"? Well, why do we pursue our interests in anything? Besides the fact it makes us happy, there's something else. As a human race, we are always looking to better ourselves, by building better technology, becoming smarter in certain topics and overall improving our skillsets in a variety of areas. I created this account to further my abilities in digital art, so I thought the name would seem fitting. I've had two (close to three) years of experience when it comes to drawing (since that's when I got serious with it and found out how fun it can be), and I'm super proud of the things I've been able to create. They might not be much to you, but to me, they're my sacred treasures. That what all artists of any kind can say about their work. So, if you like what you see, I'm glad about that, and even more surprised that you were able to find my stuff when there are 33 million other people to check out.

It's going fine so far. I plan on trying to get back into the swing of drawing, though what I'll draw, I have no idea. Random sketches and such.

I've been doing very well! Final term of school's here and well, time's short until Uni arrives... Bit frightening, really!
I felt like if I left off from where I was I wouldn't get very far, plus I randomly created this dA cause I wanted to keep the name (that was derived from my G+ name), and eventually decided this account was sitting in dead air for long enough and decided to start anew!

Well, good luck with exams, then! Hopefully the things you study for actually make it onto the exam, as opposed to any of the things you overlooked that ends up screwing you over slightly (I speak from experience).
And yeah, sometimes it is best to start anew with a newfound sense of freedom and direction. It is nice however that you kept a link to your old account on your profile. Kinda like you're honouring its memory.

The thing is I adore studying before an exam because I'm just learning about all this beautiful knowledge, but I actually hate taking the test itself because either there's stuff in there I don't know, the stuff I know is not in there or a big combo of both!
I practically am, and I'm certainly not deleting my old account either. It'll be there for people to see how far I've come over a 5 year or so period.

Yeah, studying can be a wonderful thing. You come across faucets of knowledge you could've gone your whole life without knowing, but feel glad that you did. Except when it relates to a subject manner you have no interest in. Then it's mentally draining.
Oh jeez, don't get me started on the double whammy. It's as if the exam makers knew beforehand what you didn't revise, and crafted specific questions last minute to intentionally cause stress.

Ikr? It's so nice to learn, and it's really sad younger people are so unwilling to do so. Science, Maths, IST, Art theory, sometimes English and History are my absolute favourites in my school time. Geography is something I do not favour too at all, PDH/PE too because I am not fit for exercise at all, nor am I interested in really mature things lol.
Ikr?? It always feels like they can read your mind even though you're millions of kilometres away! Why must you do this, content creators for tests?? WHY???

Because they themselves went through the stresses of studies and exams. And now, drunk on their position of power, they force students to undergo a similar torment they themselves experienced, all in a bid to take back their time spent working cluelessly under the clock.
Or maybe they find it funny to screw with students.

I'm back because I'm back. I've been fine. I've gotten more bitter in alot of ways. My art has some-what improved from my shitty little drawings I made back in like, 2014? 2015? I can't even remember it's been so long.

So yeah, I gave a few of your songs a listen, and I'm sensing a kinda dark tone present throughout your latest stuff, almost nightmarish, like in 'Peace to the Gawd Remaster' (my personal favourite). It's an aesthetic that nicely compliments the groove present, making it (Peace in particular) unnerving, but head-bop-able. You make some good stuff, and I hope you keep it.

Christmas was pretty boring, honestly. Nobody in my family celebrates. I ended up buying lots of sharp stabbies for other people though. New Year's was better, but I think my anniversary will be best.

Christmas wasn't much for me either. I did visit family, but there was only a small amount I was mainly around. I guess I got to watch Home Alone: The Holiday Heist for the first time in my life (decent), which I guess demands that I have to watch the original sometime in my life.

I've been pretty good, myself! I haven't actually been drawing as much as I used to, as I don't really know what to put to paper (metaphorically) as much as I used to that. That, and my main focus since you've been gone has actually been learning how to become a better musician. Got a soundcloud and everything, which surprisingly seems to be doing a lot better than a 2 year old art profile.
