[ i've been better. i organized a secret santa thing although my friend, who wanted to do it in the first place, did not contribute at all after the first meeting...i have no money so i have to make my secret santa person a thing tomorrow, and hopefully we have a snow day tomorrow so i don't have to say 'i left it at home'... ugh this is hard don't ever do a secret santa!! ]

"Look who I've had to run into," The woman groaned, raising an eyebrow at the Prussian. "You look a bit paler, almost sickly; are you alright?" Erzsébet snorted. The color of the Prussian's skin seemed almost ungodly for how white he looked that Erzsébet almost worried about how he was spending his days. Almost worried.

Gilbert sniffed, wiping his nose on his sweater sleeve. He fished around in his pockets, a pale hand finally finding what he was looking for---a pack of cigarettes, which was now holding only three lung killers cigarettes. Gilbert lit it, putting the small object in his mouth. "No, I'm not Erzsébet. My teenage son got his fucking girlfriend pregnant, I'm unemployed, but most importantly, GILBIRD'S sick, and I don't know what to do!"

Ah, maybe she shouldn't start up with snooty insults and the like. "Oh..." Well, the Hungarian didn't have any sort of relationship with anyone yet, so she wasn't sure how to deal with the Prussian's predicament. "I'm not very sure how to help, or if any of my advice would fit into your situation..." What should she suggest? Things were easier said than done. "Maybe starting with the smallest thing first, which would be..." The cigarette! "Putting down the smokes and talk to your son? I'm not sure..."

Gilbert looked took his cigarette out, looking at it as if debating whether or not he should smash it onto the floor. He shrugged, putting it back in his mouth, then taking a long drag and blowing a puff of smoke on the Hungarian. Grinning his tooth and obnoxious grin, Gilbert wafted the smoke so that more would go the her face. "Ahh...Don't you just love the scent of smoke?" The Prussian stared at Erzsébet with a look that said 'Honey do you even know what the shit you're saying?' "Erzs, my son is at his girlfriend's house 24/7, and his phone is always off. Also, there's no way in hell I'm giving up my Marlboro! I quit with the 'coming home drunk every night and reeking of alcohol', so now there's nothing else to keep my awesome mind off of when I'm stressed!" Gilbert shrugged again, glancing at the ground and giving an appreciative smile at the brunette. "Thanks for the 'advice', though", he bent his forefingers and middle fingers when he said 'advice', "It's the thought that counts, right?"

The Hungarian coughed and attempted to wave off the smoke out of her face. "Oh, I love the scent of smoke, just as I will also love the smell of blood if someone doesn't start acting right," She threatened. In all honesty, Erzsébet wasn't sure if any of her advice would even get through to him. How would she knew? She's never had a child or even a lover, though that's been mentioned before, right?
"Well, why don't you find out where this girlfriend lives and talk to your son? It's not against the law, I mean," The woman sighed, unknowing how to keep up with the Prussian. She did recognize have copious amounts of stress and what happens with it if taken certain turns at least. "I guess if you take things one step at a time, the cigarettes will slowly begin to pass off... Or, maybe you could get a pack of those... ah, I forgot what they were called, but you put them on your arm I believe and it reduces the urge to smoke?"
Erzsébet sighed once more. "I'm sorry, I don't know how to help you with this kind of thing..."

[ apologies for the late reply! ; n ; i was awfully busy and all the schoolwork just came crashing down on me--- ]
Gilbert, still grinning, put his arms up in mock defeat. "Now, now, Erzsébet. No need to be so violent! You are dealing with a 'sickly' and quite sad." he pouted, sticking out his bottom lip. He moved back, glancing around his home and jerking his head towards a couch. "Sit, make yourself feel at home. Anything you'd like to drink, Erzy?" Gilbert made his way to the island in his kitchen as he made himself a hot chocolate. His sixth one. He finished making the drink that burnt his tongue, causing him to scowl at the mug and curse. He tapped the window above Erzsébet, pointing to the house next to the one they were in.
"There's the home. Right there, the Jones family sleeps, eats, drinks, poops, and make love in that beautiful little house. A happy bunch, the Jones. The only time they argued was which foreign country they would take their holiday to." Gilbert spat, sitting down a seat away from the Hungarian. "It isn't against the law, that's true, but my son, my dear, darling, Noel, oh how I bet he's already wearing sweater vests. I can't get to him anymore, Erz...It's only his girlfriend and the god fucking DAMN JONES." Gilbert kicks the table, making it slide forward, now at an angle." He thought about the smoke patches, and how he would be like Sherlock Holmes in that one episode. He looked at the cigarette between his pointer finger and thumb. He threw it out the window, onto the Jones' little plants. Grinning and obviously proud, he went into his room and came out in jeans and a jacket.
"No, no Erzsébet you are a genius!" He grabbed his friend's wrist and dragged her outside of the house. "We're going to buy an electric cigarette. They come in flavors, and christ LET'S GET ONE."

Erzsébet was going to make a comeback for that, but then she figured it wasn't the wisest choice. What would they fight over, anyway? "You're right. Sorry about that, Gil," She was about to put a sympathetic pat on the albino's shoulder, but he disappeared into the kitchen. She nodded instead and took her seat on the couch. "No, I'm fine for now. Thank you, though..." She was much calmer than usual. Maybe it was because she recognized her friend was down in the dumps? For a really long while, too, it seems.
The Hungarian looked back towards the window. "It is a beautiful house but it sounds like your... son spends too much time in there. I'm surprised the Jones haven't asked him to stay away for a while or something," The Hungarian flinched at the sudden BANG! the table had made when being kicked by Gilbert. She sighed and rubbed her neck, before saying, "Haven't you asked the Jones for you family back yet? Or if you could spend time with your son, or...?" She didn't have many ideas, as she figured most of them were probably used up by Gilbert or were too ridiculous to hear. Erzsébet looked up when Gilbert ran off to his room or wherever in the house and came back in new clothes. She didn't pay mind to the cigarette, as it probably made Gilbert feel a little better.
Erzsébet yipped when she was suddenly pulled out of her sitting position and into a mix of stumble-and-run position. She regained her balance while being pulled by the wrist. "I think there are a few in the local drug store!" She smiled. At least her friend seemed to brighten up a little but at the mention of electronic cigarettes.
