ok.. I'm back

this is a link to opencanvas 1.1 the site is in french but you can get babel fish to translate it if you really want to I don't think it's necessary because as soon as you go to the site click on the picture of a green computer screen this should pop up the download opencanvas 1.1

Hopefully when you download Opencanvas you will notice it's in japanese. In your toolbar at the top click on the last set of words that's help, and you can click English as your language choice.

I also recommend The Gimp. It's a freeware graphics program that is similar to Photoshop version 4 or 5. Also a lot of people on deviant have brushes that you can download for gimp. The program is a bit more Linux friendly than windows friendly. But you can get the windows version at Download.com

Just be sure if you do try it to download the runtime environment and the program.
