No problem, I'm in the middles of making the Dumbledore wand too. It's looking pretty good. I just need to let the stain dry and then do another layer to make it darker.

no problem, I really miss Moonlight. I just finished re-watching the series and I'm all sulky that there is a cliffhanger and no more episodes. I love Ryan Star, he's my new favorite musician!

I remember watching Moonlight on TV and thinking it would last a while because it was so good. I read online that Joel Silver, the producer was thinking of doing a second season but the The CW cancelled it because they thought it wasn't doing well.

Josef is amazing and funny, Mick is so hot, though Josef is as well. Mick is like a rough and sexy and Josef is a polished and sexy.

Wow, never thought I'd be saying that out loud, well to someone. Not many people I know ever watched or heard of Moonlight, and when I tell them about it now, they're like, oh, another vampire show, no thanks.

Did they ever explain how he didn't die but the guys he was playing cards with did?

And I watched the whole season when it was on tv, I might have missed an episode though because I was very confused that Mick was somehow human. But then last Black Friday I was with my mom at Target and I saw the complete series for sale for only $15, so I made my mom buy I knowing it'd probably be my only chance to ever see it in stores.

Well in the episode I call the French Revolution episode Coraline explains that there were 7 brothers, cousins to King Louis XVI, and that the Reign of Terror was really purging France of vampires. When they stuck someone's finger in the fire if it blistered they were human, if it turned to ash they were staked and then beheaded by the guillotine. The 7 brothers and members of King Louis' family were actually vampires and after Louis was beheaded the 7 brothers used what is called "the compound," they cut themselves then put the compound in their blood and it temporarily turns them human. Coraline stole some of the compound from this vampire Lance, one of the 7 brothers, so she gives Mick some. But then Lance shows up and it turns out they were not 7 brothers, there were 6 brothers and 1 sister, Coraline. Mick gets beaten up in the vampire fight, Coraline gives herself up to save him. Lance stakes her and taker her back to France, and they're not seen again.

how many episodes did you think there were? And techinally it wasn't a full series since most seasons of shows are 21-25 episodes. Though Grey's Anatomy season 1 had only 9 episodes since it was to see if the show would be a hit. One of my friends has a broadcasting class at USC and she said one day one of the producers of Moonlight came in to talk about TV shows and he used Moonlight as an example of a show that was one year too early for the vampire craze.

ooo I dunno how many there was...it just seemed like more. but I guess where so much did happen that it just made it seem like there were more episodes. Yea, I think that if it had came out later that it would have done much better...Blood Ties probly would have done much better as well.

I haven't heard of Blood Ties... and I a ma little torn on whether I would ant Moonlight out again, I would because it'sa great show, but then I wouldn't because too many twihard might jump on it and make it seem stupid to like anymore like the current tacky vampire tv shows.

Blood Ties stars Taylor Kitsch, who played in The Covenant as Pogue...and there's a chick, but I didn't care too much for her. It was pretty good, although it didn't have the budget that Moonlight did.
I know what u mean about the twihards haha. I read the books a long time ago before they thought about making the movie...and then it exploded and I'm not as crazy about it as I was before. I'm like u on that, I don't know if I would want it back out...if they did, then maybe they could release it online instead of TV or something.

I started reading the Twilight books not long after New Moon came out. I'd heard about them before and I really did not want to read them, I thought it sounded stupid. But my older sister forced me to read them because she wanted someone to talk to about them. So I did, and I didn't really get into it until halfway through Twilight. But all the screaming girls and the movies just ruined it, though the Eclipse movie wasn't that bad though I laughed throughout the fight scene, that was the only really corny part.

It's probably too late for Moonlight anyways, it's been 3 years since it ended, I'm not in the movie/tv business (yet maybe) but I don't think they can get the same actors if they were able. Though they could always try a 3 years later thing... And Moonlight did actually have some pretty good effects and stuff.

haha yea, the first two movies was screwed up...the director of Eclipse actually fixed a few things that the other movies didn't even touch base on...he added in things that should have been in the other movies, that's why it was so much better.

eh, I don't think it's too late for Moonlight. I mean I'm sure if they wanted to they'd bring it back. It done pretty good before they cancelled it, so they could decide to bring it back.

Yeah my sister kept going on about how well this director did. But you know it's not exactly the director who chooses everything, the producer hires the director so he's got some leave-way over him. Anyways yeah Eclipse did a bit better.

As for Moonlight, I guess the fanpires will watch it.
