I got my first real camera for Christmas in 2011 so that I started taking pictures with the beginning of 2012. Of course I had a little digital camera before that and took pictures with it but that was more memories than art. I try to get better from day to day.
I started with the E-PM 1 and I used it with a standard zoom lens (M.ZUIKO) which is good allrounder. Apart from the everyday-life, I took pictures with this setup on two trips: vacation in Andalucia, Spain and a city-trip in Germany (2012).
In the summer of 2013 I bought a real DSLR: my 60 D. It came in a kit, together with a standard zoom lens (18-135mm). Similarly to my Olympus lense, this one was used as an alrounder. I used this setup for a trip to Switzerland (2013). In fall 2013, I got a macro lense, which I gladly use ever since.
