Indeed I do. You should buy some tracing paper. Then draw anime girls/ guys with short hair. Just practices heads and faces first.
The hardest part is most new artists don't know the head is actually quite large, so don't be afraid to give more space between the forehead and nose.
Or you can draw DBZ characters, that's the best place to start.
If you check my page Friday, I have some new hi-res art that is an improvement upon my old.

Duuude, buy a Wacom tablet. Pencil drawings are stone age, I converted last month and it's second nature to me now.
You can see my new art vs. old! Layers and ease of scrapping sketches increase your quality and efficiency by a large margin.

Well, I wouldn't really say that Pencil drawings are stone age, most or even some of the best digital/Sai artists out there in the DA coummitiy still uses Pencil sketches to lay out the foundation for their drawings/masterpiece like me, but I think adding Sai/Photoshop to his tools of drawing wouldn't really hurt him either. A Wacom tablet is nice but I think it may be out of this artist's budget, otherwise I'm pretty sure he would have got one already, but honestly I if he can really improve on his skill of drawing body proportion and the perspective down correctly for his angle shots, it would be way more helpful to him when he is drawing his masterpieces then to just get a Wacom tablet because it is the skill that you have will determine the success of the drawing; people will look at your skills to determine the success of your drawings like 90% most of the time(which means if his drawing skills is not good, then even if he does do his drawing on a Wacom tablet, the quality/result of the drawing is still going to turn out bad).

You are right my good man. I should've started him at the foundations first.
Well, here's my advice. Buy tracing paper and pick some Dragon Ball Z characters. Trace the same one over and over again, about 5-10 times and then attempt it on your own.
You can also use bases/ templates for bodies found across DA in certain groups. It is helps to understand a bit about anatomy and the length of certain limbs in proportion.
I eyeball everything and it turns out fine, but then again most of us are drawing anime not real-life figure. Although I've done that too... in fact I'll post that shit up tmrw!!

Your art continues to get better.
It seems like your struggling the most right now with consistency. You are using reference which is very important when learning to draw. But I can tell you're just looking at the reference and then trying to reproduce it on the page.
Take the time to MEASURE the reference. That does not mean get a ruler out and take measurements. It means look how big certain parts of the body are compared to other parts of the same body. Measure the angles. I see alot of your figures who start off good but the proportions increasingly get smaller as you move down the body, and start running out of room at the bottom of the page. Plan out your figure first. Draw a stick figure version first so you know you have all the proper proportions, angles, and it'll all fit on the page. Then fill out the stickfigure to the muscles and clothes you see.
Most importantly keep practicing!
I hope that helps!

I`m allways searching for anatomy sketches and stuff, to improve my knowledge.
Also i think it is good to go through the world with open eyes, i find a lot of stuff just by looking close enough. For example textures,or something like the structure of birds, how are trees growing. Also allways try to find your own style, copy things okay, but just mix them up with things you like!
You like Manga? Mix it up with a little bit of reality or american comics.
Never stop drawing bro !
