Hmmm. I think probably Your Protector or Mykonos is my favorite. Or Meadowlarks, depending my mood. (Or I'm just incredibly indecisive.)
How about yours?

Probably Your Protector or White Winter Hymnal. I'm incredibly indecisive as well, but also extremely judgemental. I'm every liberalist's nightmare.
Indie movies/music are the love of my life. Over here there's an Avant Garde theatre. You ever seen Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas?

Ha. I'm probably about the same but mostly just judgmental when I'm in the mood to disagree. Which is relatively often.
Nope, haven't seen it, but several sources have told me I should change that. It's indeed worth watching?

It contains many of my favourite things: good, old music, narratives, drug trips, characters that talk unnaturally fast and Johnny depp.
So I think it's worth watching. I suppose I'd be your eighth source.
Many people have told me they don't like the movie; I guess it depends what type of person you happen to be.
I am always in a mood to disagree. I'm intensely arguementative, my boy hates it.
You are an exceptionally terrific writer, I feel I should mention.

I'm pretty much convinced. I think my brother has it so I'll have to borrow it from him at some point.
As for agreeing and not agreeing, I'm trying to disagree less in an attempt to be more agreeable, which the dictionary tells me is "pleasant." Which doesn't sound agreeable to me at all. I'm rambling. I'll stop.
Thank you very much for the compliment. I read the two things you have posted and I'm crazy jealous. Anyone who writes poetry and writes it well immediately gains my friendly jealousy.

Wrote a long reply on my iTouch, seems it hasn't been sent. Perhaps I should consider switching to a different machine. :C
Since I am not good at quoting myself as I am not quotable at all,--I ramble a lot, too--I will summarise what I said into points, (heh):-
1. The Dictionary says arrogance is unpleasant but pride is key; point being the dictionary is filled with babbling self-contradictions. It's very much like an adolescent. (I would advise taking advice and such from fine print and exit clauses).
2. My poetry is more often than not composed of soliloquies disguised as poems and as such cannot be dubbed good poetry. I like the word "Dub" a lot. You ever read Everything is Illuminated?
3. I ramble a lot, sort of (as previously stated)--I also repeat myself a lot. In real life I don't humour people with my incoherencies because I don't find most of the people around me worthwhile. On the internet I am a talkative nightmare. There is no definitive train of thought with me, or rollercoaster. It's more like a submarine of thought where anything can be distracted depending how pretty the fish are outside the windows. What's your vehicle of choice?
4. It's sunny and horrid today. How's the weather over there?

1. Comparing the dictionary to an adolescent makes me want to stay very far away from the dictionary from now on.
2. "Good" or not, I still envy the ability for you to write any sort of poetry. I try to hard with my own and it comes out...scary. Yours seems natural and not forced, which I consider good at least.
3. Does it echo? Your submarine of thought, I mean. I imagine everything to be echoed and muffled and tinged dark blue, but I'm unfamiliar with submarines so I could be wrong. I don't think I have a metaphorical vehicle of choice. Maybe...an old.. car that's spluttering and dying? It seems somewhat accurate.
4. The weather is sunny and horrid here too. Everyone keeps telling me it's supposed to rain but it hasn't.

1. Stay far, far away from the dictionary and invent your own book called the Gheistbuch. Then it'll be more like a ghost and less like an adolescent. Pale and unfriendly, but at least they're dead silent.
2. I've read your poetry. You're too hard on yourself. The world needs more narcissists.
3. Vintage cars that are dying? Er, Reminds me of the Herbie movies. Perhaps your car has better music and no Lohan. (I should hope as much anyway). And in my submarine, even whispers are louder and footsteps echo. There are no secrets in the submarine, however as I am alone in said submarine, there's no one to share it with anyway. Though I suppose it's better to be alone than, say, Schizophrenic. Everything has to be tinted blue, so that when I look at things through my rose coloured glasses everything will be a relaxing purple.
4. Do you like the rain? I do. The Winter is my favourite season. Autumn is great, too. My mood is horrid as soon as Spring comes round.

1. Oh. I could do the Gheistbuch. I would like that.
2. Meh. That's all.
3. Not what I had in mind. I don't really want Lohan inside of me. I like the idea of this submarine. It seems very peaceful. Maybe I should reconsider my vehicle choice and find something not-Disney.
4. I love the rain. But I disagree with liking winter. It makes me cold and depressed. But I won't hold your like for it against you.

Enotomology In reply to Rainy-Lain [2010-08-09 15:01:30 +0000 UTC]
How long would the Gheistbuch be? But, then again, since it is a ghost book, it should have no dimensions and just be as large as your understanding of it.
I wouldn't want to be a part of Lohan or for her to be a part of me. The fame and the ugly is just not enough for me. My Uncle thinks she's hot, but then again, he would.
I like the Winter--with a definite dislike for the snow, which would be an issue in some countries but not in mine because it doesn't snow much there, and when it does I can build a tent in my room and pretend I'm in the desert.
How was your weekend?

Rainy-Lain In reply to Enotomology [2010-08-10 04:00:53 +0000 UTC]
It probably wouldn't be very long. Short attention span. But even if it was long, it wouldn't seem that way. It'd be pretty mysterious all around.
My uncle would probably find her hot as well. But he's a child molestor so it's hard to take him seriously. Or maybe that's a perfect reason to take someone seriously...
Oh, you're lucky. There's annoying amounts of snow here in winter. Maybe if there wasn't snow, I'd like winter beter then.
My weekend was pretty intense. How was yours?
