# About me
I go by many names. Some of which are Raven, Cricket, Lyrical, and Jada. There are a handful of others, but those aren't important. I prefer to be called Jada.I don't like conformity, and I refuse to do something just because 'the cool kids do it'. That's an extremely stupid reason to do anything.
I like to be myself, even if that means not joining in on what's popular. I have strange tastes in food, music, art, and just about anything I do.
I also love to write fiction and poetry.
My health, fiance, my pets, photography, writing, and common sense are my anti-drugs. But really, how can people need a reason not to do drugs!? Drugs are stupid!
I am female-to-male transgendered. My physical body may be female, but my mind/soul is that of a gay man. I much prefer to be referred to as male. Please respect that.
My favorite superhero is Batman. Why? Because a man with no super powers of his own turned himself into something amazing. Who cares if it was originally to avenge his parents? The point is that he turned himself into something incredible and became a symbol for justice.

Thank you very much for the fave and the watch! Your gallery seems really cool, though I'm having poor luck with server errors today and'll have to come back and look at more later.

I've always loved cross stitching even though I rarely do it. Seeing you gallery makes me really wanna do it more often. Your work is brilliant. :3
And thank you very much for the watch and the faves as well. :3 And yeah, dA gives a lot of errors. It's kinda annoying. They seem to care more about the site's appearance than its performance. Kinda said. >.<

I don't really consider it that 'open' as it was really just a summary. But I get what you mean, and thank you.
I have had a little trouble with it. I approached a male appreciation group with the simple question of 'what about the female-to-males'? The following was not a very good result. Especially because one of the responses had the audacity to give me a lecture about 'how to be masculine'.
The most upsetting thing to me is that men can have long hair and wear women's jeans and shirts and eyeliner and be considered (sometimes worshiped) as sexy by women, and still accepted as male by other men.
But a female-to-male can't have long hair and like some women's clothes and occasionally wear makeup and be respected as male. Any female-to-male must be ashamed of their body and try to hide what they look like and try to look like something their bodies weren't born as, and they must cut their hair short and bind their chests and look and act butch.
Why can men be feminine and accepted as men, but female-to-males can't be accepted as male if they're somewhat feminine?

Ugh that sucks. I have such low hopes for humanity that I'm not surprised. It's definitely a huge problem with society, gender norms that people are unwilling to break. I would argue that feminine men still have problems being accepted though, a lot of men will not accept a man who likes to wear dresses or cross dresses, etc. If people would just get over "expectations" for both genders we'd be in a lot happier world. What matter is it to them what you like and what you want to wear anyway right? Don't feel like you should keep your mouth shut lol.
And if someone is running a group to appreciate males they should realize that males come in all forms :\ "not masculine" enough is BS.

Haha. Well, society can bite me.
If only society could be as intelligent as my fiance. He's a straight man who is perfectly aware that I'm female-to-male. And he accepts me as that. And he's aware that after all these years I still want a sex change (which I will most likely be unable to get due to my poor health). Despite knowing these things about me, he and I are getting married this October.
Society really needs to pull their collective heads out of their collective asses.
By the way, the feminine men who wear girls jeans and girls shirts I was referring to could be considered the 'emo crowd' of men. Who are still accepted as men by the more macho types. You know the type I'm talking about, right? Tight girl's jeans, maybe a girl's t-shirt, eyeliner, long or badly dyed hair, and apparently they're absolute babe-magnets. :S

Oh wow, your fiancee is darling <3
Ah I see what you mean now XD, but I don't put them in the same category. Emo/Hipster people attract other emo/hipster people, lol, I personally am not attracted to that style of fashion. I mean more like people who like to dress in drag or have to secretly do it at home, etc. They definitely get a lot of shit for it, but less so that FtM would since people think "well at least they are still 'technicallly' males" where as people are not as accepting of trans Either way yes, society eat my shorts

You're welcome. I'm sorry there's so few of them. I managed to get two points by giving llama badges to people willing to pay for them. And then someone was generous enough to give me ten points. I gave six to you and six to my Australian friend that I've told you about.
You both mean so much to me. I wanted to try to help you guys out if only just a little bit in hopefully one day having a premium subscribed account.

Hehe. You're welcome. I could be a prick and tell you that you can pay me for the doll scarf by buying yourself a subscription.
Oh yeah, are you planning on buying the rainbow one? The one I just made him was a different stitch and I don't plan on asking for anything for it seeing as it was an experiment/the first thing I made using that stitch.
