Facebook is a data-robbing spy machine (literally telling you to comercially abuse your data) i would never take a step on, cause i like my content.

I can't open anything or upload stuff on my phone, due to the expensive cost of internet data

Don't know exactly the options you have on your spot. I pay a flatrate to have phone, TV and internet all the time. Smartphones always a bad deal to have it as gate to the internet - even on my place i would pay twice the money to get all this services on a smartphone too :/ A laptop is even more cheap as a SPhone, and a PC is even more effective.
And if you can't pay it permanent, go to a internet spot(cafΓ©, etc.) to rent a hour. This shouldn't be that expensive(i hope).
And FB isen't an option for someone not just consuming. Even VK is more safe, and that's a russian site. DA is a great thing to show your stuff, even youΓre not online all the day.
