This is a very delayed response, lol.  But thank you for the kind words.

I haven't quit writing, I just had a lot of trouble actually moving forward with my next big project.  I am just about to post a short fluff fic now because I miss being a regular author so much though

Oh I haven't quit! As my last journal explained, I was caught up in starting a new job in another country and everything involved in getting there. I'm actually working on two different series right now, but neither is far enough along for me to feel comfortable posting them. Now that things are becoming more concrete and my life has a steady routine again, I'm focused on shaping one story up so I have something to release for Kaito's birthday. Wish me luck!

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH I hadn't yet, oh my god!  It's a remake of the Project Mirai version... I guess Sega is doing Future Tone remakes for the more popular ones (they did Snowman too).

I love the clothes, oh my goodness, they're actually completely new outfits than from the Mirai version.

This song is actually my favorite duet even though its so dark... which is so funny, I bought that artist's album with the song on it and all the others are light and silly (Phantom Thief Kaito in particular.)  And then there's this emotional monster!

AHHHHH!  They did the Adolescence version tooooooo!

The Adolescence pv was gorgeous as well but this is one of the few ((if not only) vocaships I don't like due to their fanbase// ^ ^;;

The mirai version was adorable but the cutesy style doesn't do this song justice =w=++ And wow?! It's about time they did this considering this is one of the most popular Kaimiku songs and it was uploaded in 2008?!

Yep, the album in question is "Signaloid Box" and you can actually grab it on the US iTunes store.  I actually bought it on the train ride home from that fateful Vocaloid concert in NYC and listened to it all the way back.  Most Rin stuff, but it had a wee bit of Kaito on it too.

oh, I just went and double checked the Mirai modules, the FT version are just "big" versions of them after all.  For some reason I remembered them being dressed differently (I'll change my gushing journal accordingly).

Oh wow, someone who's read my fanfiction AND played one of my games?  That's so cool!  I actually got to write some dialog in that game, especially in the Grimhold content early in the Exiles zones, but it was nowhere near what I do here.  I'm glad you liked the game!

I can't speak for all KaiMiku fans, but for me, I feel a bit starved for content with them these days.  Which seems strange since they're hardly a rare pair, but out of the major pairings especially they've been slipping for awhile.  I can only write so much!

Take your time going back to read my last series, they're always lengthy.  I don't have an editor in my hobby writing, aside from the DA word limit  But if you ever get a chance, I'd love the feedback!

Haha, I think it's more cool that you're doing both really great fanfiction and working on such big games, honestly ^^ I'll keep an eye (or ear?) out the next time I make a new Exile character and re-read the dialog :]

I've felt that way too about KAIMiku content. I've been wondering why they haven't had much fan art or even songs together in a while; I think the last one I heard was "stalemate" but that was at least a year ago? And fan fiction is even more lacking for them. But maybe we can bring back some spark to the fandom, haha. My next piece is going to be Cantarella, which I'm starting sometime this week. Also, if you ever start up a new fiction series, even though I'm not the best, I'd be willing to draw some cover art for it if it's within my ability (And of course I'm still going to do a fan art of The Summer and Winter Garden~ I'm so slow, lol)

Oh wow, I will have to take you up on that offer sometime  For me, these fanfics are never an "if", just a "when."  I just learned after the breakneck pace of SAWG and Broken Wings almost back to back that I need to take breaks between putting them together or I burn out.  I actually started working on my next one, though I don't have a window on when I'll start releasing it.

I'll be looking forward to your Cantarella piece!
