Thank you po

Oh before I forgot, do you know some workshops I can take on to start learning how to draw like you and the other filipinos out there and coloring too. Its fine if its separate though. Thank you po.

I want to learn kasi, self-study is not enough for me.

Wala akong alam na local workshops e pero I'm sure meron dyan somewhere out in the country. Mga life painting sessions at sa mga universities cguro pwede mong makuha yung fundamentals.

Though most awesome pinoy artists that I know of developed their craft through self-study lang. I'd recommend you do the same. Mas mataas ang quality of art pag sa international scene nakababad ang mata mo. I suggest using the net as a resource for acquiring the knowledge you're looking for. Instead of paying for the fee to go on a workshop here in the country - your money would most probably be better off spent buying one of Jason Chan's Massive Black DVDs online to learn about character development among other great tutorials out there. Sa self-study karin naman mauuwi in the end kahit magenroll ka sa workshops e dahil basics lang din talaga ang ibabato nila sayo, it's always up to the individual to get higher up in his/her skills. And if you're not keen on spending too much, marami naring available torrents *ahem* out there that you can download for *ahem* free. (I'm compelled to say that nothing beats the original download of course, dahil kasama yung workfiles)

Goodluck sa levelling up! Daily sketch exercises lang ang katapat niyan!

Wow thanks for the advice. Sadly though, self-study talaga ang pinakamalakas na foundation para sa mga ganyang skills. I will do my best to study on my own and *ehem* download free workshops. I have David Finch's figure drawing series, first time hearing Jason Chan though. Thank you po ^_^
