Well, these pages are for a comic within a comic..this is the comic the characters read during their downtime.   The main characters are teenagers.

The ironic thing is the book is read by a boy with 4 dogs that are super smart, genetically enhanced by the military. They escaped.the teen found them but he is unaware how smart they are because they keep it hidden.
