Hey!!! I have another headcanon about magicman. what if. instead of one skirt length, they could adjust the size of it so at one moment, it would be the normal length that was seen in the anime/game, and then -boom- it would be up to his knees (or shorter). They might change it in some cool magical girl way, but i cant really describe it.

yeah he might be able to adjust it based on how fast he wants to go (insert terrible sonic joke here) and how much mobility he needs. tiny magical girl transformation sequence. maybe the extra length transfers into his 'top' so he gets a lil flapping coat instead
