I see that you use Intuos3! I'm actually hunting around for a tablet. I 'owned' 2 in the past, but never got it to work. One off eBay, and one off woot.com. The first was a wacom, and the second was some unknown company that I can't remember...
So! What do you recommend? I semi-use half my arm, and half my wrist, so I intend to get a medium. And I want to digital paint with it.
Have you tried the Bamboo series as well? How's that?
If I get an Intuos, I'll probably get the wireless version.

Yes! I spent my tax return on the Intuos3 the year I bought it LOL. I used to have a Graphire2 and you can definitely tell the difference. That's so awful people wold sell you tablets that didn't work. 
I actually haven't tried the Bamboo series, but I have heard really good things about it. I believe it has replaced the Graphire series completely and has made some great improvements. I can honestly say that any Wacom model you go with will not disappoint you. The Bamboo may suit you well, but you may find that you really prefer the extra pressure sensitivity in the Intuos. I can say that my Intuos3 is definitely worth every penny I dropped on it.
You definitely can't go wrong with a Wacom! The medium size is also pretty good. I think that will work well for you. Mine is a 6"x11". (I have a widescreen format one).

hiya ^^ ive been searching ALONG time for wats best for outlining thingie and it took me to ur profile lol and i was wondering wat do u use for ur outlining??? and how do U outline lol??? i also want to help bac sooo if ur in any intrested (dunno if i spelt that right XDDD) u can color ur art with promarks ha! look at me babbling away lolya im just a begginer going into coloring and outlining art

Hi! Most of the stuff in my gallery was inked with Sakura Micron pens. Here's what they look like: [link]
Some of my more recent uploads were outlined in Photoshop with a Wacom tablet, but I still do a lot of work with the micron pens. I really like using them!
I also ink my art on bristol paper (smooth, not vellum).

I've been pretty well! How have you been? Glad to see you're still alive and kicking on here! I have been failing at getting back into posting stuff on here. My computer at home is "broken" so I can't complete all these ideas I've had lately. We have Photoshop 6 at work (oh yes...6) but it just doesn't cut it. It's good for doing quick cel-type stuff though.

I was wondering why I hadn't seen you on here in a while. That's too bad about your computer. I miss seeing your work. Lol, wow it's been so long since I used PS6. I'd imagine it's probably a wee bit tough to do a lot on nowadays.
I've been good, still doing school work and whatnot. I can sympathise on the computer problems. My last laptop blew up on me.

Yeah, computer death plus some personal life dramu had killed my artistic drive for quite a while. I finally got the drive back, so for the past year I've been doing a lot of sketches for some art I'd like to complete in the future...one of them is that Ariel piece I posted in my scraps recently...I just lack that thing called a computer! xd (of course all of my ideas just happen to involve the computer lol). I thought about posting the sketches but...I don't know. I've even thought of scrapping my entire gallery as since there will be a large gap between my last update and whenever I upload something finished. Haven't quite decided on that, either!
