She got annoyed with how people were putting them in fan character folders, when in actuality her characters weren't Sonic but her own original characters, and coupled with her motivation to finish commissions.  Plus, she had some issues in her personal life that, it seems, a lot of people weren't respecting and she said she was leaving to - I assume - pursue other things.

Wow it's so upsetting to see how rude people are... I do remember her explaining how Sparky wasn't a fan character and people never listened... I'm glad she decided to move on though, I personally think she will enjoy things more outside of deviantart and I'm sure it will receive a lot of stress for her, but in the end I truly hope everything works out for her in the end

My luck so far has been shit and it seems like all the scalpers snagged them first in my area. I'm not paying more than retail price for one, so I spose I'll just have to wait a bit.

I saw them for pre-order on Amazon for like two minutes, lmao.

Well in this economy people need money to feed themselves, hoarders are even worse when they just keep ten Mega Mans for themselves. But people who has more than enough money and scalp these, then I can understand. Since Capcom is probably getting a cut from Mega Man Amiibo, I can predict Nintendo not making enough Mega Man to supply the demand. There's a possiblity Nintendo might not make a second print run for third party characters. Best of luck.

That's very sweet of you - the procedure went okay, recovery is horrid and the entire back of my throat is cauterized and swelling. I'm awake since my pain meds wore off and waiting for them to kick in again, although I really wish they gave me something in a liquid form. Water as it is feels like knives so the last thing I want is to swallow pills. I'll probably be updating with a journal soon.

Right now just recovering to where I can sit at my desk and work some more on commissions. Will probably be a few days, I've got quite a bit of time off work. I need to see my endocrinologist in regards to the abnormal blood work that came back for my thyroid, but this comes first.

Also, I wanted to ask, would it be okay if I made a character the same breed as/inspired by Saffron? Just wanted to ask because some artists/people get really mad and dont want any other characters of the same breed.

I know haha but its happened to me before, even when the species did exist in the real world and wasnt made up. I just like to ask because I don't want people to think I'm rude.
No sweetie I never clone, <3 Trust me, if someone cloned my characters I would be so upset.
But I'd like to draw the characters together if your okay with that? Because they are ringtails.

And yeah I know how that goes, I once had some dippy loon accuse me of copying her character because they were the same species and both had blue eyes and pink noses (even though pink nose was kind of an indicator of the species lmao). They looked nothing alike otherwise. Just assholes with ego problems. I wish I could pull up the images but my account from then has long been deactivated.

Yeah I had that problem aswell.. So many people message me saying "Oh Lara is the same as my character" then when they show me images, yes they do have the same FUR colour, but nothing else is the same, and its like, what.
Its a total pain in the ass, and it drives me mad!

Haha I've only used this account since I've been here so alllll my history is here and its kinda funny to look back on.
