I'm not entirely sure what you meant by your question, but if you'd like to make a group, go here: [link] There's a button that says "Make Group." It essentially runs the same as your profile, where you arrange your layout and such. The trick is to get enough initial members to get the ball rolling, usually by way of your friends/watchers. If the group is popular/relevant enough, it'll attract others. Also, initially you need to hunt out relevant submissions and build a gallery worth viewing.

Humm, what I tried to say, was not that I'd want to make a group myself, but instead, how does one go around taking part in groups and the submissions and the such.
I could not find anything relevant concerning this on the help pages, about how the groups actually work, what is the nature of groups.
Do people just randomly join groups they find interesting, submit and participate just like that, without any further ado? (Generally speaking, not including closed or private groups, if such even exist.)
I find this all somewhat confusing, so please do bear with me~

Yep! If you find a group you like, there's usually a "join group" option up top. It's like becoming a watcher of many deviants at once, where you'll get notifications of what art is submitted there. Submitting art is easy too, just push "submit art" near the top of the page! (Some groups require that you be a member to submit.)

Least I could do, got to have some way of keeping track of your (facial expressionist, is that even a word?) work~^^
There are only very few who can exceed you in giving the shivers when it comes down to those quite uncanny and frankly a bit scary looking pony arts 
(In fact, come to think of, I can name only one off the top of my head D: and I've got a library of approximately six and half thousand pony pictures stored on my computer..! tells a story of its own, I'd say~)
