I'm sorry but your friend is incorrect. Sweden is currently the only Nordic with a Nyotalia design and it was included in sketch with Nyo!Spain and Nyo!Romano. You can find the blog post about that here .
The original sketch that included the supposedly Nordic Nyotalia designs included supposed sketches of Nyo!Greece, Nyo!Egypt, and Nyo!Turkey and were included with other sketches, comics, and other goodies after the release of Volume 4 (you can find the original page with the sketch here . While it is plausible that they are their Nyotalia designs, there's nothing that confirms that they are official. For all we know, Himaruya may have been practising with designs or they could even be scrapped. This has been an on-going source of fan confusion (especially among newer fans) but as of now, they are not confirmed to be official so they will not be added to the wiki, the exception being Nyo!Sweden which she's already been listed.
