# About me
I'm a straight-edge punk with a southern drawl. My inspiration comes from the weirdness of reality.
My style lies in the strange intersection of Traditional Fine Art, Dynamic Drawing, Pulp Comics, Manga, Impressionism, Digital Rapid Concept Painting Techniques and a little too much caffeine. I don't particularly favor any one style or school of art, but I'm a fan of pulp, punk, and ashcan art especially- gritty, scratchy, and messy has its own sort of beauty to me.
What I lack in formal art training I make up for by sheer stubbornness and a total ignorance (and indifference) to what supposedly can't be done. Call it the art equivalent of duck tape engineering.
Everything I know about art I have learned by trying things that I have no idea how to do, and grinding at them until either the piece is completely destroyed or perfect, whichever comes last.
(Think on that one for a while and it starts to make sense. When it does, you're thinking like I do. You get used to it.;))
I like to get feedback and constructive critiques, but try to be nice please. "Its my nature" and all of that.

I really thought the world of Greening Wars was interesting, but the comic seems to have gone on indefinite Hiatus or died. I really like tabletop RPGs, and given that the comic doesn't seem to be progressing. I would love to play around in this world, too bad there aren't any resources for playing in this setting somewhere. From what I hear, Icons could be a decent fit.

Don't know if you've ever heard the song "there's a hole in the bucket" but its been a series of events like that for me since slightly before I had to put the comic on hiatus.
Have been thinking about looking into this whole Patreon thing I keep hearing about, though. If its legit and I could get a handfull of people to pledge even something like a dollar or two a page (or a whole bunch of people to pledge 25 cents or something), that'd take TGW from an expensive personal project to an actual means of income, which would definitely be a good thing.
Need to find out more about it though; sort of trips my "this sounds like it could actually be a good thing with no drawbacks. What's wrong with it?" senses.

Hey Scorp, it seems there are some problems with the Greening Wars homepage, when I click the link or try to go to site from my bookmarks it says the account has been suspended. I was wondering if you could enlighten fans of the comic as to why. That said I really want to see the story progress, it's been a while since the last update.
