as far as a secret goes, its just hard work and finding what your good at.
its funny because everyone things i paint but i dont paint that much, i color then paint
everything i do is mostly colored pencil, using a bunch of rubbing and smearing techniques that look like paint.
then I'll go on top of the colored pencil with light acylic for highlights
the backgrounds are usually pained, either with acrylic or watercalor
but all the flesh tones are colored pencils
i guess thats my secret.....ssshhhhhhhhh, haha
