Here is a link to some suicide hotlines in Australia. I see you are from there, but not sure if your friend is.
Even if your friend is feeling better now, they should still find someone such as a therapist to talk to about what is going on.

she should probably still find someone like a therapist, that she can talk to, if possible. They are trained to help with this kind of thing and prevent future relapses.
