I love it personally, it's one of my favorite movies.
However it's one of those movies where it's very 50/50 where people either think it's a masterpiece (me), or people think it's pretentious and not good at all.
If you don't like gore stay far away.

Im not really squeamish on gore or the such, ive been watching video of the movie and reading about it for a little bit and I’m so hooked on it. The only downside is finding it to watch haha, I see there’s a remake for it too, but seeing the reviews the remake has I don’t think I’m going to worry about that one.
