Congrats on going back to school! I hope it goes well for you and gets the accomplishment you are looking for. I am busy with my job here in AZ selling gun optics and Slovakian crystal/porcelain with my hubby. I also go around the city selling my products to other stores. I hope that you are doing okay, as well.  I have been keeping up with your journals, I just don't get the time to reply to them as much as I'd like to.  I need to start making time, though, seriously.  :<  Is everything still okay concerning the car wreck you had and everything?  I went through that last year and know how tough it can be.  Not a good thing at all, and twice as stressful.

Oh hey!  I was just thinking of you the other day and was going to message you to check up and hadn't had the time yet. (crazy work schedule, blah)

I just bought the paints for my dark eldar the other day and have one kabalite primed to get started so I can practice before going all out on my wych box set and starter Kabal army.  The problem is, I literally haven't found the time to go farther on it, which makes me sad.  My work schedule from here on to the end of the year is going to be beyond nuts with the holiday seasons, but I can't complain since it keeps the bills paid and food on the table.  I have been thinking, though, of buying a witch set from the new Druchii/dark elf army GW just came out with to either kit mix with my dark eldar or keep to make a new fantasy army.  Only problem is, they're expensive.  : /  There is another company in the UK called Raging Heroes that has super awesome promising models, so I might even buy a box of their female sci-fi elves to use to further kit bash with my dark eldar.  Lots of descions and ideas, but no time!  LOL. 

As for fluff and all concerning my dark eldar, I have further edited it to make it more awesome than it was in the beginning to make Shyn and her Cult more feral and dangerous than the average wych, at the same time making sure to have special abilities plausible to the universe so it isn't over the top or not believable of course.  I have sketches in mind since I have yet again fleshed out other designs to make her more unique and I like what I have in mind, I just haven't gotten it on paper yet.  (when I do, I won't post it on here, though, so be sure to note me your email in a private PM so I can show you them with my other close friends when I get the time to actually DRAW something for once.  In case you missed the old journal concerning this, I only post fantasy things on here now due to the ridiculous behavior of the WH communities and people trying to steal my ideas.  So only trusted peeps get to see my DE stuff anymore in emails!)

So in a nutshell, I still come up with ideas and role play my sinister DE, mostly collaborating and bouncing off my fiance since his Kabal is teamed up with my Wych Cult, I just keep it hush-hush to the public.  When I start getting pain on my army, I will be sure to send you some pics of progress via email as well!

Iron Warriors?  Wow--you don't see many of those around these days.  (or maybe it is just here in AZ they aren't that popular) Will you be posting images of progress or a full army post when you are finished with them?  'Cause I'd love to see your painting work!  Speaking of eldar, I remember you have the craftworld ones, yeah?  Will you be adding to them later on with some of the newer models?  That comes with price again and it's a toss up, so I think GW should come down on prices and stop making it so expensive. : /  It gives us painters and collectors the blues to upgrade and make new additions >_<

I wanna see your Chaos Marines, too.  All the pics--everywhere! 

On an unrelated real-life note: How's your family doing in that new apartment?  My fiance and I are loving our new one since we just relocated to a better area last month.  Bigger space for less money and better maintained. It'll do until we can afford a house in the future--after marriage that is.  We haven't set a date for that yet either xD (I honestly want to have a steampunk wedding. )

Glad you are doing OK. We are all fine, my daughter just turned 4 so the time is flying! We have been in our house for a year and a half now, still a work in progress but isn't it always?

I am glad to hear your dark eldar are coming along, hopefully we will see some with paint on soon! Your colour scheme is awesome, it should look great on the lovely new dark eldar models.

I know what you mean about the new druchii, I love them but they are so expensive. I think the witch elves suffer because they are now in a box with the sisters of slaughter, and GW always up the prices if a special or rare unit can be made out of the same box. Kinda makes me glad my ogres generally only make one unit out of each box.

The Iron Warriors came about because a local club I go to decided to do a tale of gamers style thing where all the participants build and paint a 1500pt army over 5 months. We are now on month 3 and I will be getting my latest batch of models soon. I will take some pics and get them up here for you.

I was gonna do Word Bearers as I love their fluff but I really did not want to paint another red army after my Eldar. I had also just finished reading the Angel Exterminatus Horus Heresy novel which got my creative juices flowing (so to speak!).

Speaking of Eldar, I do plan to go back and add a bit to them after my Iron Warriors and Ogres are finished. I want to add a couple of boxes of Wraithguard, a Crimson Hunter, a squad of Swooping Hawks and maybe a unit of Jetbikes. That will give me around 4000pts ish of Eldar which is plenty I think.

I am however, going to sell some of them such as the Harlequins, Rangers and one of my units of Dire Avengers, mainly to fund some of the chaos marines. This is because I mainly like to field my Eldar in transport vehicles so the rangers and harlequins don't really fit and have 20 dire avengers which I don't think is necessary under the new codex seeing as guardians got such a boost (I hardly ever used them before now I never go into a game without at least one guardian squad and often 2 or more).

I do remember you saying that people stole your dark eldar work and I totally get you wanting to protect your designs. I will send you my email in a PM.
