Since she's in the Fire Nation, she usually has to wear red. But since she was freed (she used to be a slave) she's been wearing more greens and browns. So probably an "Earth Kingdom" style outfit with a red sash or something would be cool. ^^~
She also has a double sword like Zuko's that she wears in her shirt against her back. She used to be an assassin, so she wears clothes loose enough to move in, but tight and close enough so they won't get snagged. Maybe a red belt instead of the sash then...
