Id just join a buncha random groups and post your stuff everywhere. Strangely enough, i hear instagram is pretty good so long as you flood your stuff with tags. Its tedious work but it might work!

No problem,  If you don't mind me asking, how long did it take for you to start making things so clean and consistent? My main issue I've been finding is penmanship and the initial building of the drawing.

I have a very scratchy style right now and I wana make it better. :<

I don't know if in your city there are these books.. but if it can help you,  I use the series of books of the euromanga editions to practice with anatomy, movement and perspective!

It took me a few months to understand my style. But anyway I started to draw seriously 5 months ago, when I started illustration studies.

Approximately it takes me 2 hours between sketch, details and definition of the lineart .. I'm still a beginner, and I often try to find errors that my eyes don't see, and if I find them I try to fix them millions of times.
I am still slow to make simple sketches, but with practice I will improve my defect.. I hope c:

Haven't Really thought of buying books yet! Could work out a lot better. Sadly there's not really a library around me, I live out in complete no where. But I might try to order some.

Also damn! That's a lot of time, perhaps I just need to slow down.  I started drawing in general six months ago but I also had no prior practice so I guess i'm happy I am where I am.  Thanks a lot.

Perhaps we'll both be famous one day. Hue.
