That's because more often then not they're:
1) Out of touch with normal Americans (part of because they're pretty wealthy, more or less)
2) Most of them have RIDICULOUS moral standards based on their religion, and want EVERYONE to follow them.

Actually, Obama's not that bad. He deserves to be elected again. He passed a whole health care reform! The thing is, a lot of shit gets pinned on him when in all actuality, it was George W. Bush who created this hot-ass mess for him to clean up after. I'm 18, but I can't vote since I'm not a U.S citizen yet. But I would vote Obama. He just happened to do poorly during the debate, just like Mitt.

He want's to make abortion illegal, gay marriage illegal, abolish medicare (let alone social security), his tax plan is a MESS (and there's no gaurentee he'll cut taxes middle class and raise them for the rich, because his is RICH. Filthy rich), not to mention all the slimy jumping he's done over time just to get more votes.
I mean, being pro-choice in the 90s and pro-life now is one thing; but changing sides over the months means that he just wants VOTES.
If we'd let him, he'd probably just sit there on his hands and knees, crying and begging to be president.
