That's the other half of drama. Drama does the acting, stagecraft does all the rest. My younger brother is the lighting head this year at my old high school.

Oh, our school just incorporates all of it in one. The teacher this year is a sort of enigma actually, she worked on broad way for two years, Nickelodeon for three or something, and played an extra in idk how many movies. She did voice over too. I can ask her which movies if you want, I knew at the beginning of the year... =/
My boyfriends sister is in charge of lighting at her school. My boyfriend, before he graduated last year, was in charge of mics and had minor control of stage set up, seeing as some of the officers were too incompetent when it came to their job.

I'm sorry. I had a shrink in high school, and he really didn't help much. My problem with reading is that I'm currently reading a really interesting book on Oceanography by one of my childhood heroes, so that's out too.

It might still work, I am always reading a book that interests me... probably because I stick to Iris Johansen and absolutely admire that woman, but it worked for me.
Do a work out after supper to get loose and tired, then stand up, or sit in a chair, for an hour or two reading. You might have to bend that to how you are as a person, but my grandma told me to do that and it worked quite well
