the pictures on which you liked the colors were taken with an analog camera. a canon ae1. that's a pretty old one which my grandpa gave to me. after scanning the pictures looked some kind of pale or something, so i turned up the contrast a little bit before uploading. yeah that's how you get the colors of scanned images shiny.
