Have you tried logging out and clearing your browser's cache, and then logging back in? Also, are other users seeing a different age than what you're seeing on the dinosaurs?

More than likely! My 3DS will allow me on EX, but it's amazingly slow and I can't get much done on it. Though your dinos will always be waiting, as well as anything you had since you last logged in.
