(No you didn't and it would be ok anyway. You are absurdly interesting and I am positive that Iβve found a kindred spirit of sorts.Especially if you can appreciate a well placed and completely unexpected !)
Ok, now on to returning your personal space and the comment I probably should have left in the first place.
I find your work distinct and thought provoking. Upon first reading I realized I had lost myself in wherever it was you'd taken me, not that I understood what I was seeing. I attributive this in part to your skill and personality as a writer, but I also suspect that your writings contain a sort of spirit and life which gives them some of their own reality (I'm hoping you know what I mean). While all worlds are other worlds some need to be brought alive while others already contain life.
Courtesy requires me to end here, since thereβs always a chance that this is the face youβre making, but should this intrigue you Iβd be more then happy to continue a discussion or just general insanity.

Oh, not at all, not at all. If anything, I'm flattered.
Besides, all writing has a certain spirit. It just takes a bit of time to discover it. King said it best in On Writing. The art of story telling is nothing short of telepathy, after all.
Now I'm sounding pseudo-intellectual, so I'm going to have to cut myself off. But it's been a pleasure talking to you. Feel free to stop by again. I'll be looking forward to it.
Long comments are fun, after all.

I see story telling as a concentrated form of empathy. I think that the two are related and that empathy, through human bonds, is one of the most common forms of telepathy.
I agree that all writing has a certain spirit. I was attempting to refer to something beyond that. It has a specific feel, just as dreams do, which I'm finding elusive and hard to describe. It is a thing that resides there fueling, but possibly independent of your creations. Currently it escapes me.
Go on so long as it suits you, I don't mind. I'm not afraid to learn something.

Hah, thanks. The problem is less what you might learn, and more what stupid thing I might say.
As it were, though, that's a really nice way of looking at it. Though, I suppose it would depend on the author. Some are more concerned with getting a message across, others want to tell an entertaining story, and others still want to create really real characters that the reader can associate with. Not to say you can't do all three, just saying that it's entirely possible that some work concentrates far too much on only one or two of the aspects.
I honestly can't say my work in particular is unique in that respect, of having its own sort of spirit. I'd love to think so, but admitting it would feel a little rude. Either way, I'm really flattered that you, at least, think so. Hopefully, I can find an agent and publishing company that thinks the same.
And an audience, of course.

Your very welcome, I love being included, sad as that is for Jon. You create such lovable realistic characters that I don't want to let them go.

No problem I love your Haiku I find it painful and perfect. I find it a painful concept because I don't agreed with a life lived that way or by such rules (since love is the only meaning in life I can see).
I was intrigued by how you picked up on the authority and sacredness of not loving in that situation or one's internal rule. To break it is to risk what might only be had on these conditions (often times to shatter it). Simple yet complex, a little gem. Nice job.
