hmmmm... I'd probably want slip ons, or laces, and for me, I'd want a Ghibli Studio theme, or something like you did for marissa, what you did for her was incredible!! But yea, Prob slip-ons, and i guess you could take custom order that way you could get what people want right away

wait, another question... i guess it would depend on the individual... but "ghibli theme" has alot.. nausicaa, kiki, castle in the sky, totoro, mononoke, spirited away, howl... should it be shoes of everything? or just focus on certain moves (like 2 or 3 at most) or should it be like.. just one ghibli movie theme shoes. and if i narrow down the moves, what do you think i should do? mononoke is my fav EVER. but idk if others like it? again, what do you think/ what would you like?

well my personal favorite is Howl, second favorite is Totoro, but a lot of people like Ponyo, or spirited away. Mononoke is great, and I bet you could come up with a great scheme for the movie on that shoe, maybe the max you'd want to go would be 2, because then you could have one on each shoe, which I think would be awesome. I know the most well-known movies are prob. Mononoke and Totoro, but others are really high up. I guess it's just personal preference again.

mononoke isnt really that popular. sure it has gotten much more popular once spirited away came out, but back when i knew it, no one, even ghibli fans knew of it. so as much as it would be EPIC to have the night walker and wolves and yakul and the little white tree spirits (that i dare not try to spell the name of), its not as popular as other ghiblis. my next fav is the nausicaa books (not the movie, movie sucks) but again, no one really knows it. spirited away and howl is by far the 2 most popular ghibli has ever ever done. and though totoro is cute and amazing, for a show, spirited away has alot more things to add. there is the bathhouse, soot balls, sen, haku, haku as a dragon! (a must) no face (another must) carious spirits like the radish spirit or the stink spirit. there is yubaba and zeniba, the big baby, etc. totoro has... totoro, a cat bus, and 2 kids. lol.
So i was thinking that Howl and spirited away would be the best two. howl also has alot to offer with howl, him as a wizard and him turning into a bird, there is old and young sophie, of corse there is calcifer, the castle, hats, scarecrow man... etc.
gah im rambling... but just two more things quickly,

one, ghibli, great idea. but i so damn wish mononoke was more popular so im thinking spirited away and howl?
two, the other animes are a good idea. the only reason im unsure about them is that full metal is/was EPIC but now that its over, so is the fad. same with death note. so with animes its a bit harder to catch it at its peak... but ill think about the ghibli ones and if those get good feed back from people, i think death note would be a good one to tackle next. : )

That's true about Mononoke, and it's a shame, so I think you're right about using spirited away and Howl. They would definitely sell! and I bet that people who didn't know them would watch it after seeing the designs on your shoes!

I'm watching Full Metal now, and I'm dreading the end. It was the same with Soul Eater. I'm about halfway through so I'm stretching it out as long as I can. XD I love it!! And every single anime fan that I've talked to says that Full Metal was one of their favorites! So even though it's over it would still be a good idea to try it. I have yet to watch death note, but I def. will.

I can't wait either!!! OH my god it's been way too long! I miss you so much and I want to meet Marissa!

certain things happen and marissa and i agree that once certain things happen, it does kinda downhill but still. its good. and i never finished fullmetal.. really need to.
