Grey and black colors are basic in Caledonia. Is a dark-based theme, and the actual backgrounds are more coherent. In addition, I love blue color too, but is repetitive because much artwork use it in the informatic interfaces always. By the way, black is my favourite color.

This is the way of Caledonia artowork: basic black-grey, mix of other colors to complete the experience.

I understand what you mean, and you are right (speaking of the background of KDM and KSplash)... but I started hating the gray color as a Mac user (for the window's borders fault)... and now, as a GNU/Linux user, I try always to avoid an excess of gray... I always go with "total white" or "total black" and some elements of blue (which is repetitive but is also one of my favourite color and reminds me of Philosophy! )

By the way my problem now is another one: I've found that, using dark color-schemes for the windows (e.g.: "Obsidian Coast"), the window's scrollbar becomes a bit harder to see... it could be great if it was possible to change only the scrollbar's color, without changing the buttons' color... any suggestion would be really appreciated!...

Mac (and Apple) isn't an inspiration for me. Yes, perhaps may sound lie a lie, but Apple seems to me very repetitive.

On the other hand, about the scrollbars, I have no idea, sorry. I'm not expert about the color schemes (at moment). :S

I didn't mean that Caledonia cuold remember Mac or Apple stuff... you don't have to waorry about this: you work it's very original!... What I meant was only that I don't like too much the grey color... and that this begun because of the Apple stuff...

For the scrollbars: I think that, for now, I will simply change the button's color... to make also the scrollbar more visible... thanks anyway!...

Thank you but I am keeping my "real" life separate from my DA life. Lets me be my self at DA. So I don't let any one make any connections to who I am in "real" life I hope you can understand, I wish DA video was just better to use!
