Welcome, it's great to have another stock artist on deviantart. The more the merrier, I say 
Tips? Hmmm. Probably the best thing to get you started is to browse stacks of stock photos, stock groups and photo manipulation groups on DA to get a feel for what digital artists want, and how to take good stock photos. For example, photos with a deep depth of field and a large foreground tend to be more useful. Try to only post your best photos, and as you get a larger gallery don't be afraid to go back and delete photos that you don't like (I do, a lot!). Keep your gallery tidy and use lots of key words in your stock photos so people can find them easily. Last of all, have clear rules and make sure they're easy to find!
