I'm sorry, I've made several posts about this around the club... there is no function for me to submit artwork to your club.

It sounds to me like you need to go to your group main page. Look to the right of the options from your banner. The last one should have a red circle with a white line through it that says 'Admins Area'. Click that.
The first option under your banner should be 'Manage Members'. Click 'Members' on the left side list. The first thing you'll need to change is the Join Request function which should be displayed to the right when it comes up. As far as I know, people still have to have an invite to join your club. Which most people don't want to bother with.
The second thing you'll need to do is scroll that right list down and find 'Submissions to "Featured"'. I simply set it up so everything gets submitted to featured in my club so members don't have to bother with any of the organization, but there should be a 'show all folders' link under this option if you want to open other folders for members.
Then all you should have to do is save it and hopefully it'll fix the issue.
