great stuff Jon!! terrific blend of Paul Pope and a guy named Mike McMahon and his "Last American" work for Marvel...check it out you might be surprised. And Moebius' blueberry is a clear influence as well. Keep up the great work!

you are very good; Wrightson was etched in my core from childhood. I should probably work on making my art my own if those influences are so prominent

Not prominent in a bad way Gary...you've done a great job of blending those influences into your own emerging style. Wrightson was influened by Frazetta as Frazetta was influenced by Zdenek Burian. One big creative cycle...keep doin' whatchya do bro!
