No problem! Are you free a little earlier in that week? We can get you to NY and cover all the expenses of badge and hotel and transportation and such, but we're talking about leaving on Wednesday of that week earlyish. Would that be too early for you? We want to be in NY for setup by 2pm on Wednesday.
We're juggling transit around Jess' teaching schedule, which means there will be happy NY gallivanting time for us the setup team on Thursday. Wanna go to Naruto Ramen?

I have some bad news.

I was in a car accident earlier in the week, and I broke my hand and my wrist. I'm not sure which exact bones, but I'm in a full cast, and it'll take 6-8 weeks or so to recover. So unfortunately I won't be able to do nyaf like this >< I just wanted to let you guys know as soon as as I could. I feel awful and I'm really upset that I can't go. I'll be sure to make it up to you guys once I'm in one piece again

It's ok, no worries. Unfortunately, driving would be difficult as is, but my vehicle is a stick shift...and shifting with a bandaged stump doesn't seem too feasible. And even if I could, I'm stubborn and would hate going and not actually contributing. Wouldn't sit well with me.

I'll be alright...it can always be worse And yes, very traumatic. I certainly don't plan on getting in a vehicle unless absolutely necessary.

On the plus side...I'll have the strongest left hand in the world from typing with it so much. XD luckily I'm left-handed so I can still draw

Anyways, have fun and sell lots of stuff! And I'm always willing to help out, so if you need a hand (bad pun, had to) anytime around Thanksgiving onward, just let me know ^^

Aww thank you! Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be doing Ulquiorra anytime soon. However, I may start making his released form, with the wings and everything....the first form, with the helmet and clothes.

Are you going to Otakon? I'll be going there and working at the Dealer's Room...it's "The Five Wits," and they sell wigs, t-shirts etc. I'll be in costume...maybe Byakuya from Bleach, and probably Kaito the vocaloid.

I'll have to see...it takes a ton of work to get into the makeup, and it's expensive to maintain.

Otakon is in Baltimore, MD. I live near there, so it's my hometown convention. ^^

I've never been out to CA, or anywhere west for that matter...I wish I could go out there at some point

Thanks! Yeah, it's basically a Darth Vader helmet. I cut it in half, and molded the clay into Ulquiorra's mask shape and painted it. Nah, I'm sure you can do it Mine took about a month to make, but it was worth it ^^

Cool! I want to go to Japan for sure Ireland too seems like a lot of fun.
