I do like David Tennant; He's an amazing Doctor. However, I like 11 and his companions a lot too. (Especially all of them) Wait, what?
What is the scariest "enemy" to you? I'd say the Weeping Angels, or the Silence because they're sheer ugly.
Actually, the Time Lord scare me the most.

They're both good, but 11 has done some pretty un-doctorly things (have you seen that one... dinosaurs on a spaceship, I think it was? Yes that was it), and it's terrifying in a sense.
Scariest enemy... uummm the Vashta Nerada still have me shying away from the shadows. I caved and turned the lamp on in that episode. But yeah, other than that the Angels and the Silence, most definitely.

I just re-watched that episode.
I developed a theory on the Doctor's name that perhaps it has to do with Time lords themselves as to why it shouldn't be revealed. Perhaps it's like "42". The silence were so scared they blew up the universe... What's so bad you'd kill everything.
