Well...Actually, I have the first chapter done. And its so freaking gigantic, weighing in at 11,000 words or so (it just barely has Scootaloo answering the phone call from her Dad, but a lot of things about Scoots' life and family were explored in this chapter.), that I probably could cut it half to make two chapters.

The reason I've hesitated is because I have another fic that I'm way, way overdue to update on, and I was thinking that I needed to find an editor or other consultant to fix that. (I thought I had someone...but he disappeared of the face of the earth) And I was hoping to get some headway on that before I posted this other story. I actually wrote this one chapter just to get used to writing again.

But, since I have it done, I guess I could go ahead and post it on Fimfiction...
