I wish . Unfortunately, I don’t know anything that has to do with bodybuilding.
I LOVE muscles and I dream of having them, but I don’t know the basics like a bodybuilder nutrition, daily exercise routines, or much of that at all.

I was gonna ask you for advice!

Then again, I was born on 22 of March.

As for weight, last time I checked, I was 187lbs, and
height approximately 5’8-5’9. Barely above average.

And I’d like some meat on myself, so I’d like to see some abs. 😅

Don’t know what’s in between lean and JACKED, but since my genetics gave me a BACK, I wanna fit more properly to that.

And your physique on “ TENTED” is honestly the one I actually would like!
